About Pacific Solstice Group
Healing doesn’t mean forgetting the past, it means changing your relationship to it. Whether you’re navigating the impact of trauma, life transitions, anxiety, grief, or high-stress environments, we’re here to offer grounded, skilled support that meets you where you are.
Mental Health Support Rooted in Compassion, Resilience, and Connection
Our work is trauma-informed, relational, and always rooted in warmth. We believe healing happens in connection—when you feel seen, safe, and empowered to step forward with clarity and courage.

Our Philosophy & Approach
We know that pain doesn’t happen in isolation. Neither does healing.
Our philosophy is shaped by lived experience and deep clinical understanding: unhealed wounds can ripple outward, but so can growth. That’s why we support not only individuals, but also the ripple effect of their healing—to their children, their families, their workplaces, and their communities.
We take a personalized, directive, and experienced approach, helping you make sense of your story, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

The meaning behind Pacific Solstice Group
At Pacific Solstice Group we acknowledge that change is gradual. It requires patience, persistence and compassion. The way we gain moments of light following the winter solstice is reflective of the transformative change process within us individually and our relationships. Similar to the ebb and flow of daylight, our change process is ever-changing and fluctuating from season to season. A moment of lightness is evidence that we are resilient and can in fact overcome challenges. Though, it does not preclude us from future difficulty.
